You send every email from your own Gmail. Hazana never sends anything. It remembers when you sent, reminds you when a follow-up is due, and stops when you mark a reply.

“Send follow-up” opens Gmail with the follow-up ready, using “Re:” and the same subject so Gmail keeps it in the same thread in most cases. After sending, confirm with “Yes, I sent it”.
Reminders also go to your own inbox (your account email) when email reminders are on. Hazana never emails the people you contact.
Sign in with Google so Hazana can spot replies automatically and send follow-ups from your Gmail in the same thread. Not part of this build.
