Hazana AI provides web intelligence tools, including technology-stack detection, SEO and index checks, competitor research, monitoring, alerts, and related reports. Features available to you depend on your plan (guest, free, starter, pro, or other plans we offer).

Results are informational estimates based on publicly reachable website signals. We do not guarantee completeness, ranking outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of third-party sites we scan on your behalf.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may only scan or monitor websites you are authorized to analyze. Do not use the Service to attack, overload, scrape in violation of law or site terms, harass others, or circumvent plan limits or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unpaid invoices after any applicable grace period, or material breach of these Terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. Free and guest access are subject to daily usage limits we publish on the pricing page.

Paid plans may include a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing begins for the selected plan. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for payments processed through Paddle.

You may cancel a subscription through the customer billing portal linked from your Hazana account, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our Refund Policy.

We retain all rights in the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights in websites and materials you submit for analysis. You grant us a limited license to process those materials solely to provide the Service.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON SCAN RESULTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires additional notice or consent.
