Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in identifiers when you choose Google), and plan status.

Usage data: scan targets (URLs), feature usage, approximate request counts, and technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps needed for security, quotas, and abuse prevention.

Billing data: payment card and tax details are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We receive subscription and customer identifiers, email, and plan status from Paddle to provision access; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Communications: messages you send to our support email.

To provide and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, send product emails you request (such as monitoring alerts or digests), improve accuracy and reliability, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Paddle.com processes payments and related billing support as Merchant of Record.

Infrastructure and email providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, users, or the public from harm or abuse.

Research to Outreach lets you optionally connect your own Gmail account so you can send the emails you write in Hazana from your Gmail. If you connect Gmail, we request only the Gmail send permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) plus your basic Google account email (openid, email) so we can show which account is connected.

What we access: we use this permission only to send an email when you click Send. We send exactly the recipient, subject, body and any attachment you chose, and follow-ups go in the same thread. We cannot read, search, delete or change the emails in your mailbox, and we never send anything automatically.

What we store: an encrypted Google refresh token, your connected Gmail address, and a log of sends you made through Hazana (date, recipient, which email in the sequence, Gmail message and thread IDs, and attachment name, type and size). Attachments are processed in memory for that one send and are not stored.

Sharing: Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except as needed to provide this feature, comply with law, or protect against abuse. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Hazana AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting: you can disconnect Gmail at any time on the Research to Outreach page, which revokes access at Google and deletes the stored token. You can also remove access from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your send log, email info@hazana.ai.

We retain account and usage records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data subject to those obligations.

We and our processors may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

You can update account details while signed in, manage billing via the Paddle customer portal, and opt out of non-essential digest emails where the product provides that control.

To access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, email info@hazana.ai. We may need to verify your request.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
