This Privacy Policy explains how System Links (“Hazana AI”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit hazana.ai or use our Service. We aim to collect only what we need to operate and improve Hazana.
1. Information we collect
Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in identifiers when you choose Google), and plan status.
Usage data: scan targets (URLs), feature usage, approximate request counts, and technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps needed for security, quotas, and abuse prevention.
Billing data: payment card and tax details are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We receive subscription and customer identifiers, email, and plan status from Paddle to provision access; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications: messages you send to our support email.
2. How we use information
To provide and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, send product emails you request (such as monitoring alerts or digests), improve accuracy and reliability, and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Paddle.com processes payments and related billing support as Merchant of Record.
Infrastructure and email providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, users, or the public from harm or abuse.
4. Retention
We retain account and usage records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data subject to those obligations.
5. International transfers
We and our processors may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Your choices
You can update account details while signed in, manage billing via the Paddle customer portal, and opt out of non-essential digest emails where the product provides that control.

7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
