Will it change my theme?
No. The script adds a chat bubble on top of your pages. You can choose bottom-left or bottom-right and set offsets so it doesn't cover other buttons.
Can it read my WooCommerce products?
It can learn from product pages it can fetch through your sitemap or a list of URLs. Pages behind a login, or built only with scripts, may not be readable.
How do I keep its answers up to date?
Click Re-sync after you change your site so pages are read again, and update files or Q&A pairs whenever your details change.
