What it does

Publishing turns on the embed script. Visitors only see the widget on domains you list as allowed.

How to use it

1. Open your agent, go to Publish or Embed, and copy the script.
2. Add each production domain (and staging if needed) under Allowed domains.
3. Paste the script immediately before </body> on every page that should show the widget.
4. On WordPress, Shopify, or custom HTML themes, use the theme footer or a snippets area for the script.
5. Adjust widget position (bottom-left or bottom-right) and bottom/side offset pixels if the bubble overlaps other UI.
6. Set the agent to Live when testing is complete.
