Patients choose a service and an open time. You can add a booking question such as preferred doctor, and set staff capacity so the same slot isn't over-booked.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. You can connect a WhatsApp Business number from the Channels tab, so patients can book on WhatsApp as well as on your website.
Can it answer fee and timing questions?
Yes. It answers from the services, hours and knowledge you add, such as your website, files or Q&A pairs. It does not give medical advice.
Is patient data private?
Booking details are visible only to your workspace in the Bookings tab. Ask only for the details you need to book, such as name and phone, and see our privacy policy for how data is handled.
