What it does
A booking agent takes appointments. It works for salons, doctors, dentists, pet clinics, spas, and consultants. Visitors can book on your website or on WhatsApp.

How to use it
- Open My agents and click Create agent.
- Choose Booking agent, then pick a category such as Salon, Doctor / Clinic, or Pet clinic.
- Add services, set hours and staff, and write any questions to ask before a booking.
- Add knowledge from your website, a file, or an FAQ, then try the test chat.
- Publish the agent. Copy the website embed, or connect WhatsApp from Channels.
- Open Bookings to see appointments, and Report for busy times, top services, cancellations, conversion, and source.
Common questions
Is a booking agent the same as a website agent?
A website agent answers questions from your knowledge. A booking agent takes appointments and has its own setup pages.
Where do bookings show up?
Open the booking agent and use the Bookings tab. The Report tab shows day, week, and month totals.
