Can clients book on WhatsApp?
Yes. Once your booking agent is published you can connect a WhatsApp Business number from the Channels tab, and the same agent takes bookings there and on your website.
Does it show real open time slots?
Yes. It only offers times inside your opening hours that still have staff capacity, so clients don't book slots that are already taken.
Can I edit services and prices?
Yes. The salon template is only a starting point. You can rename, add or remove services and change prices, durations and hours at any time.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you don't upgrade, your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically: 1 agent and 20 confirmed bookings a month. Nothing is charged, because no card is taken for the trial. You can upgrade at any time from Billing.
Do I need a website?
No. You can run the booking agent on WhatsApp only. If you do have a website, you can add the chat widget there too with one script.
