Where do I see each booking?
New bookings appear in the Bookings tab of your agent, and the Report tab shows daily, weekly and monthly totals.
Can I set service areas and hours?
Yes. Set your opening hours and capacity in the agent, and add your service areas to its knowledge so it can tell customers where you work.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
