Knowledge is what your agent can cite. Combine website ingestion with files and Q&A so common visitor questions have a source.
What you get
- Sitemap, Single, or List website ingestion
- File uploads for PDFs and documents
- Manual Q&A pairs for policies, pricing, and hours
- Re-sync and delete controls per source
How to use it
- Open your agent and add a website source.
- Pick Sitemap to follow your sitemap, Single for one URL, or List for specific pages.
- Upload files or add Q&A pairs for information that is not on the site.
- Click Re-sync after you change site content so pages are read again.
- Delete sources you no longer want the agent to use.
Common questions
Why does my agent say I'm not sure?
The information is not in its knowledge yet, or the page could not be read. Add a Q&A entry or a page that contains the answer, then re-sync.
